Refund Policy

Unused prepaid credit is refundable on request, in full. Ask below or through the contact form and we will return it to the card you paid with.

Credit a match has already consumed is not refundable, because it has already been spent on inference on your behalf. That is what the per-match spending limit is for: it stops a match rather than letting it run past the amount you agreed to.

If something went wrong on our side — a match charged you for work that did not happen, or a duplicate charge — tell us and we will refund it whether or not the credit was consumed.
